Obama and poindexter

In my previous blog I pointed out unusual occurrences in the death of Supreme Court judge Antonin Scalia. I know there are those  who will call me a right wing, paranoid conspiracy theorist, but I assure you I am not one of those, I just investigate facts and report them and let the chips fall where they may.

Ever since the Kennedy assassination I have always questioned our government. I was one who never believed Oswald was the lone assassin. I have found that within our governments as well as governments in other countries there seems to be this secret cabal of people capable of eliminating certain people making it look like a suicide or natural causes to further an agenda and the way a country goes. During the Clinton era there were over 50 suspicious deaths related to him many which were declared suicides or natural causes. One example is a guy who was stabbed in the back five times and declared a suicide. I’d like to see how that was done. The most famous of course was Vince Foster who was found dead in Ft . Marcy Park. His death ruled a suicide by gunshot wound to his mouth even though there was no blood and he was lying there perfectly with the gun in his hand. He may have committed suicide, but that body was moved before investigators could get there. Here is the list for those who care to read about it. Clinton Body Count

The Texas county judge who decided no autopsy was needed following the death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia has disclosed new details about Scalia’s health in the days before he died.

Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara told The Associated Press on Monday she spoke with Scalia’s doctor on the day he was found dead in his room at a remote Texas ranch. She said the doctor told her that Scalia had a history of heart trouble, high blood pressure and was considered too weak to undergo surgery for a recent shoulder injury.

Those details are seemingly at odds with recollections of friends who described Scalia as his usual, happy self during the days leading up to his death. News that the 79-year-old justice was in declining health may come as a surprise to the public, but unlike presidents, the high court’s members don’t provide regular health disclosures.

Guevara told the AP that she consulted with Scalia’s personal physician and local and federal investigators, who said there were no signs of foul play, before concluding that he had died of natural causes. She said she spoke with a “Dr. Monahan” at some point after 8 p.m. on Saturday to discuss Scalia’s health history.

Scalia apparently had mentioned to some people at the ranch he was not feeling well, according to Guevara. She said that information came from her conversations with Presidio County Sheriff Danny Dominguez and a U.S. marshal she identified as Ken Roberts, both of whom had seen Scalia’s body and determined there was no foul play.

State law allows an inquest to be performed by phone. Guevara said she followed the procedure because both justices of the peace serving the region were out of town and she was also about 65 miles away from the resort.

Guevara certified Scalia’s death by telephone about 1:52 p.m. Saturday. She had previously conducted two other death inquests by phone.

Bryan Garner, one of Scalia’s close friends and the co-author of two books with the justice, said in an interview that Scalia seemed happy and jovial during recent trips to Hong Kong and Singapore in late January and early February. Garner said Scalia never mentioned anything about heart problems or other ailments during the trip.

“He did seem strong as ever,” Garner said. “He was a very strong man physically.” GOPUSA – Texas judge disclosed more details about Scalia’s health

In the nation’s capital, where flags flew at half-staff at the White House and Supreme Court, the political sniping soared over replacing Scalia on the bench, raising the prospect of a court short-handed for some time. Obama is anxious to appoint Loretta Lynch to the bench.

If he was too weak to undergo surgery because of a shoulder injury how is it that he was ok to go quail hunting where you shoot from the shoulder? Due to his age it is possible he died of natural causes but without an autopsy one can’t be sure and his family declined an autopsy.

In my VHO, and person connected in any fashion to the Political machine, should be automatically autopsied, and a full and complete investigation performed in the matter. I am not saying, definitely, that foul play was involved in his death, but the idea cannot be ruled out either. So many Governmental official capacity people have died under very mysterious circumstances, that a full and complete autopsy, if done in truth, would tell the tale, regardless of whither it was a natural, or manipulated death. There was much going on in the SCOTUS schedule, some of immense tension, due to the subject matter, and a good possibility of hurting the Democratic party, and It’s supporters, such as the Union organization, which was to come up to vote, that it screams foul play, and a definite gain to that party, with Scalia’s untimely, unfortunate, and controversial death.
Who ever heard of a determination of natural death being decided over a phone call, simply because it appeared to a couple of witnesses, that there was no signs of foul play. These witnesses were in no manner, qualified to give information pertinent to the actual cause of death.
If a person hit the ground from the top of a ten story building, would a coroner say it was a suicide over the phone, because a witness, who might even have pushed him/her, said it was obviously suicide?.

As hard as mainstream media is trying to downplay the circumstances surrounding the untimely death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia’s untimely death, the questions continue to mount. And now we have multiple highly credible officials publicly raising concerns over the very real possibility that foul play was involved.

According to Clinton insider Larry Nichols who used to work for Clinton and exposed the mysterious deaths associated with Clinton: Scalia was a thorn in Obama’s and Hillary’s side. Obama said he was never able to get anything done because of republicans and Supreme Court rulings. There were important cases coming up such as immigration, climate change, civil rights and other important cases that with Scalia there would stand in the way of Obama’s “transformation of America.” In this link Larry fears Clarence Thomas and Donald Trump could be next .During the interview with Alex Jones of InfoWars a black SUV pulls up in front of Larry’s house. He goes out on the porch and takes a picture of it and shows the camera. You can see Larry is plainly scared. Clinton Insider: Scalia Had To Go! – YouTube

In my previous blog I cited this editorial from a Canadian newspaper:

What’s more, the decision by Texas judge Cinderela Guevara that an independent autopsy was ‘unnecessary’ stinks to high heaven, given what’s at stake.

The second ingredient for murder is motive and the administration certainly had plenty of that. Justice Scalia’s devotion to strict Constitutional textual interpretation of the law was a major hindrance to the implementation of the progressive agenda. As such, all whose goals include transforming the United States into a socialist workers’ paradise would see his demise as a blessing.

Finally and most important, is opportunity. What better place to take care of a pesky Supreme Court Justice than a remote ranch somewhere in west Texas over a Valentine’s Day Weekend? Given the means available to cause a death made to look like natural causes and the motive to salvage Obama’s legacy, these circumstances raise enough questions about what happened at the Cibolo Creek Ranch Saturday night to warrant a thorough investigation into the cause of Justice Scalia’s death, if for no other reason than to determine that those of us who are paranoid are wrong.Add this to the actual evidence that has emerged and we have all the hallmarks of a classic political murder.

Enter Wiliam O. Ritchie former head of the D.C. police. In a Facebook update cited by the Washington Post, William O. Ritchie, former head of criminal investigations for the D.C. police, makes clear (despite liberal pundits trying to insinuate otherwise) that the fact that no autopsy was performed was highly irregular.

“As a former homicide commander, I am stunned that no autopsy was ordered for Justice Scalia,” Ritchie wrote .(His family said they didn’t want an autopsy—Jaycee)

“You have a Supreme Court Justice who died, not in attendance of a physician,” Ritchie continued. “You have a non-homicide trained US Marshal tell  the justice of peace that no foul play was observed. You have a justice of the peace pronounce death while not being on the scene and without any medical training opining that the justice died of a heart attack. What medical proof exists of a myocardial Infarction? Why not a cerebral  hemorrhage?”

Regardless of the fact that the justice of peace who decided to forgo the autopsy has “rebutted” her own quotes about Scalia’s cause of death, Ritchie makes several key points, all adding even more suspicion to what already looks like a straight up murder.

Ritchie goes on to question how on earth the U.S. Marshal’s on scene could have possibly even had the medical training to just straight up tell the justice of the peace that there was no autopsy needed.

“How can the Marshal say, without a thorough post mortem, that he was not injected with an illegal substance that would simulate a heart attack.

Did the US Marshal check for petechial hemorrhage in his eyes or under his lips that would have suggested suffocation? Did the US Marshal smell his breath for any unusual odor that might suggest poisoning? My gut tells me there is something fishy going on in Texas.”

Amazingly, William O. Ritchie is not the only credible source throwing his weight behind the questioning of Scalia’s death as former Army Intelligence officer Ray Starmann has also penned an article highlighting his suspicions that foul play was involved in the death of the controversial Supreme Court Justice.

Starmann writes, “The circumstances surrounding Supreme Court Judge Antonin Scalia’s death are growing more suspicious by the minute.”

“The same people who want you to believe Scalia died of a heart attack or natural causes are the same people who want you to believe that Hillary won the Iowa Caucuses with six coin tosses and the same people who want you to believe after fifty years that Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone assassin of President Kennedy,” Starmann continued.

“Of course the MSM has reported on none of this. Even Fox News refuses to cover the strange occurrences in Texas.”

In yet another unbelievable fact surrounding the death of Scalia that the liberal mainstream press apparently expects the American people to stomach as mere coincidence, the popular luxury ranch where the Supreme Court Justice was found dead just so happens to be owned by Obama friend/supporter and Democratic Party donor John Poindexter.

The President even gave Poindexter an award for his military service.

It has been long-standing policy for the Obama administration to grant presidential awards to those who are among the president’s most prized political donors.

It was Poindexter who reportedly was among those who initially discovered the Justice’s body, and who then coordinated with local officials to have Justice Scalia declared dead via a phone conversation with the area medical examiner – but without an actual medical examination of the body.

Mr. Poindexter was also said to be the primary point man between the ranch location and federal authorities who were notably slow to arrive on scene.

To date, there is said to have been no request for an autopsy even though initial reports suggest the Supreme Court Justice was found with a “pillow over his head” and had died alone in his room without any apparent witnesses. Scalia was described as having been in good spirits in the hours prior to his death.

Again, its all just a series of random coincidences that are being overblown by crazed right wing extremists… and I have prime ocean front property for sell in Arizona. (Poindexter has since changed his story saying when he said he found Scalia with a pillow over his head he meant that the pillow was against the headboard over his head not over his face.—-Jaycee)

The bigger mainstream news outlets have basically just decided to label any questions about Scalia’s death as “conspiracy theories” while not outright attacking the majority of Americans who believe he may have been murdered.

On the other hand, Obama mouthpieces like Salon.com are publishing articles that paint a distorted picture of who the people questioning Scalia’s death actually are, insinuating that its merely right wing extremists when in reality polls have shown that upwards of 79% of Americans believe foul play may have been involved.

At this point all the signs point to murder and in the days and weeks to come more evidence is sure to surface. It is extremely important that all freedom loving Americans continue to spread the evidence to their friends and family, thus bypassing the mainstream media’s ability to control the message. http://truthuncensored.net/scalia-cover-up-unraveling-intelligence-officers-and-high-ranking-police-suspect-foul-play/

At first the cause of death was a heart attack, then  changed to natural causes even though there was no examination or autopsy of the body. Something surely stinks here. I report you decide.
